Theater Arts Course Contracts

 Beginning Theater Arts Course Contract (FALL ONLY)

*Items highlighted in blue are not necessary for FALL 2020.

I have read and agree to the syllabus and pacing guide for the Beginning Theater Arts level course. I will adhere to the conditions of this contract. I understand that this approved contract will not allow me to change from one class level to another.

I understand there is a required $20.00 class fee for this course. This fee will be used to cover the cost of production materials, costumes/props and travel expenses or any other needs that should arise during this course.

Supplies Needed:
- lined notebook paper
- pencil/pen
- highlighter
*Students may use their cell phones in class. They will be permitted to share with a classmate if they do not have one.

Remind
Students are required to sign up for Remind. Parents are welcome to join to stay informed about what your child is doing in class.

Intermediate, Proficient and Advanced Theater Course Contract (FALL & SPRING)

I have read and agree to the syllabus and course outline for the Intermediate, Proficient and Advanced Theater Arts level courses. I will adhere to the conditions of this contract. I understand that this approved contract will not allow me to change from one class level to another without teacher recommendation.

I understand there is a required $20.00 class fee for this course. This fee will be used to cover the cost of production materials, royalty fees, costumes, props, travel expenses or any other needs that should arise during this course.

Supplies Needed: 
- three-ring binder notebook
- plastic paper protectors
- lined notebook paper
- pencil/pen
- highlighter
*Students may use their cell phones in class. They will be permitted to share with a classmate if they do not have one.

I understand that I must participate in the following graded performances and rehearsals or complete an alternate assignment in lieu of the missed performance and/or rehearsal.
