The Arts Department at South Columbus High School recently organized a PBL (Problem Based Learning) Project. High School students in each Arts discipline led instruction for rising ninth graders from each feeder school. The workshops allowed our students to demonstrate and teach curriculum related material to potential new students. We hope the project will encourage rising ninth graders to join our programs in the fall.

Tech Days for Aida!
DAY ONE
We're off to a good start with our fiber optic curtain. This is a very hard working crew!
Another success! Star curtain up, one platform constructed, and painted boards! Our student's dedication is so impressive!
This was the smallest group thus far but it didn't slow us down! Accomplished today - 4 platforms, 1 pyramid frame and we cut the pieces for the neon triangle! This was achieved with much labor and focus!
DAY FOUR
More progress - large pyramid is covered, sized and hung, and the neon triangle is complete. Great job crew!
